Megahn Sandve was a health coach who was coaching women to have a healthy relationship with food, but behind closed doors, she was obsessively tracking and counting everything she ate.

 

Busy with clients, a podcast and building her career, she was stuck- and scared. Meghan says everything changed when she turned to MOVE. with Mooch&Mel.

 

From all of the damage done trying to track her food and restrict herself, Meghan now suffered from a range of symptoms of a dysfunctional gut, including; amenorrhea, thyroid issues, acne and fluctuating weight. She was drained mentally and physically and knew she wanted to show up more powerfully for herself and her clients, but didn’t know how to do so.
